The Client

A recently renovated, upgraded, contemporary
Fisherman’s Wharf hotel under new
management in a prime SF location.

Rising to the Challenge

Re-introduce an ideally-located property to a new leisure and corporate customer
base that reflects the rebranded personality of the property and its upgraded
guest rooms and facilities.

Splashy Solution

A brand new logo, collateral and marketing email campaigns to shift brand and perception
and to increase discoverability. For guests: introduction of email, newsletter and social
media marketing in a newly defined, friendly and modern tone of voice and graphic look
and feel. For the property: new logo, brand guidelines, digital ads, brochure, meeting
room flyer, fact sheet, key card & envelope, luggage tag and premium items. We also
initiated strategic partnerships with local organizations that integrate with the hotel’s new
mission as a tech hub and resource for locals and visitors.
