Job Description

We have an outstanding Contract position for an A&P Mechanic to join a leading Company located in the Plainfield, IN surrounding area.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform all work assigned in accordance with approved FAA data.
• Structural Repair & Compositerepair experience is a requirement.
• Ensure complete and proper documentation of work performed.
• Ensure that all maintenance is performed and is in an airworthy condition.
• Maintains the premises and the repair station in a clean and organized manner.
• Performs additional duties as requested by the manager.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• FAAAirframe & Powerplant (A&P) License is required.
• Experience in communication skills, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• For the mechanic candidates, we are looking for people who are currently using their A&P licenses (at least 2-3 years of experience), or who have 5-10 years of mechanic experience throughout their careersif their most recent employment was not as a mechanic.
