What You'll Do:
•Drive Sales Success: Market and sell HVAC service contracts and retrofit projects with confidence and strategy.
•Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting connections with customers while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
•Deliver Results: Prepare accurate estimates and budgets, craft compelling written proposals, and oversee project planning and scheduling.
•Lead with Excellence: Supervise field crews, promote safety, and uphold quality standards that exceed expectations.
•Own Financial Outcomes: Ensure timely invoicing, follow up on collections, and maintain positive cash flow.
What You Bring:
Basic Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in HVAC or service-related sales.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
•HVAC service experience.
•Bachelor's degree.
•Proven success in HVAC sales and presentations.
