Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist with at least 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and skilled in managing AP/AR using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up vendors/customers in QuickBooks
• Match, enter, and process invoices
• Print and mail checks; handle vendor inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and support account reconciliations
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
Requirements:
• 6+ years of AP/AR experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of chart of accounts and invoice coding
• Strong attention to detail and time management
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts
