Amazon and Ecommerce Account Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN

About the Job: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to oversee our Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts for key direct sales clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in client relationships, innovative insights led brand strategies, organization, and project management. The ideal candidate will take ownership of account performance, ensuring optimal sales growth, inventory management, and catalogue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a robust catalogue of world class brands to build relationships and resolve opportunities promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics such as sales, inventory, feedback, and product performance to drive growth and optimize landing page traffic.
  • Develop and maintain brand plans that align with partner objectives, ensuring consistent performance improvement.
  • Ensure brand content is continually updated and optimized for search to enhance brand positioning and sales growth.
  • Proactively address customer issues impacting reviews or marketplace experience, implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and initiatives.
  • Oversee item set-ups, Amazon brand stores, and A+ content, maintaining high standards of accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Create and present ad-hoc and regular reports to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts.
  • Expertise in inventory management, search engine optimization, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms, including experience in A+ content and brand store management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A results-driven mindset, thriving in fast-paced, flexible work environments.
