TBHC operates a network of medical practices, family health centers, and ambulatory care sites in Brooklyn, with clinical affiliation to The Mount Sinai Hospital and academic affiliation with The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Responsibilities include assisting in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department, medical management of patients under anesthesia during surgery and medical procedures, pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining/verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring patient's physiological condition, and performing clinical interventions as needed. Requirements include M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine, ECFMG and FLEX, completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia, and current Physician license. The position is located in Brooklyn, NY, a borough with rich history and many attractions including the Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, NBA’s Brooklyn Nets, Coney Island, and Prospect Park. The area has good public transportation and several colleges and schools.
