Position: Apartment Maintenance Make-Ready/Turn Tech

Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm w/ 1 hr lunch (subject to change)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare apartment units for move-ins to impeccable standards.
• Perform make-ready tasks including painting, cleaning, minor repairs, and fixture replacements.
• Collaborate closely with property management to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Conduct thorough inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of work and inventory.
