Job Description
Our Chesterfield Township apartment complex is currently seeking an experienced apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Previous apartment experience needed. HVAC, electrical, plumbing experience a huge plus!
Duties to include:
• Prepare units to move-in ready condition
• Performs various community maintenance functions
• Responds to resident service requests and issues
• Clearing snow by shoveling and/or snow blowing.
• Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
• Assist with on-call responsibilities
• Apartment maintenance/make ready experience is preferred
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Great pay - based on experience
Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and must pass a criminal background check
