📍 Now Hiring: In-Person Appointment Setter (Tampa, FL)

📅 Full-Time | 💼 Entry-Level Sales | 🏢 On-Site | 💰 $4,500/month + Bonus

Are you high-energy, people-smart, and looking to break into sales with a fast-growing company?

We’re hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to join a Tampa-based team in the online education space (think sports + side income). You’ll be the first point of contact for leads already raising their hand—no cold calling required.

🔑 What You’ll Do:

• Call warm inbound leads (no cold outreach).
• Set a minimum of 4 qualified appointments per day .
• Follow a proven discovery script and overcome objections.
• Hit KPI benchmarks: 50% show rate & 85% offer rate .
• Use phone, SMS, and DMs to follow up and confirm calls.
• Work closely with the sales manager and attend weekly team meetings.

✅ What You Bring:

• Clear, confident phone presence.
• Coachability and consistent follow-through.
• Friendly, upbeat, and people-first personality.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus—not a must.
• Must be available to work in person, Mon–Fri, 11AM–7PM in Tampa, FL.

💵 Compensation:

• $4,500/month draw against commission ( non-clawback ).
• $500/week bonus for hitting KPIs.
