Express Employment Professionals is hiring for an Assembly & Packaging Associate
Grand Forks, ND | Full-Time | Day Shift

Position Summary:
Express is seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for a full-time Assembly & Packaging Associate role with a well-established local manufacturer. This position is responsible for daily assembly and packaging operations, helping ensure high-quality products are shipped on time.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to drawings and specifications
• Follow the daily production and packaging schedule
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
• Enter production data accurately into the ERP system

Key Job Functions:

• Use mechanical fasteners to assemble product components
• Package and crate products using appropriate materials and methods
• Utilize basic carpentry skills to prepare items for safe shipment
• Assist with loading/unloading and general warehouse support
• Work collaboratively to ensure efficient production processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and work orders
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate carpentry skills or mechanical background
• Experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with electric circuits or pneumatic systems
• Ability to safely operate equipment such as forklifts, table saws, and miter saws
