Base pay range

$155,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

One of the largest and most respected family offices in the DMV area, based in Potomac, Maryland , is currently seeking an Assistant Counsel to join their in-house legal team. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive salary of around $160,000 , along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Highlights:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Experience drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts , and more
• Corporate and land use experience is a plus
• Admission to at least one state bar required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
