Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Clothing department, setting goals and strategies for success.
- Ensure high standards in customer service, merchandising, and store appearance.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and department product sets.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to foster growth and retention.
- Collaborate with store management to meet sales targets and operational goals.
- Create a safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail store leadership experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and merchandising skills.
- Ability to work 45-55 hours per week, including physical demands such as lifting and standing for long periods.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
