What You’ll Do: ✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms, common areas, and offices✅ Handle laundry services with care, including linens and personal clothing✅ Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures to keep the environment sanitized✅ Vacuum, dust, sanitize restrooms, and perform general housekeeping tasks✅ Work with respect and consideration for residents' privacy and dignity✅ Collaborate with team members to support special events or community needs
What We’re Looking For: ✅ High school diploma or equivalent✅ Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and climbing stairs✅ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently✅ Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with residents, families, and team members✅ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English✅ Willingness to obtain required certifications (First Aid, CPR, and TB clearance)
