We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in the finance industry, providing high-quality audit and advisory services. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit clients, overseeing the completion of audit engagements, and leading a team of auditors. This role requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in private auditing and a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage a portfolio of audit clients, developing strong relationships and providing high-quality service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of auditors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Review and approve audit workpapers and reports, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated audit and advisory services to clients.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in auditing standards and regulations, and ensure that our audit practices remain compliant.
  • Participate in business development activities, leveraging your expertise and relationships to grow our audit practice.
Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Proven experience in managing audit engagements and leading audit teams in the private entity stage
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex audit issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
  • Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and team members.
