Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Senior, CPA to join our dynamic finance team. As a leading player in the industry, we offer a challenging and rewarding work environment where you can make a significant impact. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in audit and holds a CPA certification. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessment and control evaluation.
- Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management, offering recommendations for process enhancements and risk mitigation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization.
- Mentor and train junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, preferably within the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and techniques.
- Proficient in analyzing financial statements and identifying areas of improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
