Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Body Technician to assess, repair, and restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition, maintaining factory standards and ensuring high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles, assess damage, and consult with estimators on repair plans.
Perform all phases of collision repair, including structural, frame pulling, and panel replacement/repair.
Utilize frame and unibody straightening equipment (measuring systems) to restore vehicle alignment.
Execute body filler work and sanding to prepare surfaces for the paint process.
Conduct pre- and post-repair quality checks and document all work accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 4+ years of professional Auto Body Technician experience.
Skills: Proficiency with frame racks, welding, and all collision repair tools. Strong knowledge of manufacturer repair procedures.
Certifications: Must have Rivian and Ford Collision Certification
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and possession of a basic set of tools.
