Automotive General Manager – Farmington, Mo.

The Chris Auffenberg Group is looking for an experienced General Manager at its Chevrolet Buick GMC store in Farmington, Mo

This role is responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the dealership and ensure profitability
• Work closely with Sales Managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profit objectives.
• Strive for exceptional CSI and customer retention
• Be transparent in leading all operations
• Recruit, develop, and maintain talent through exceptional leadership skills
• Create a positive working environment and sales culture
• Coach and motivate all employees.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years prior automotive General Management experience required with a track record of profitability and CSI
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Ability to hiring, training, and developing new talent
• Possess a strong understanding of profit and loss statements
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license required as well as clean driving record
• Professional work ethic and appearance
