Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English)
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Weekends as needed)
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, excellent organization skills, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and communications in Spanish & English
Manage filing systems, scanning, and document organization
Greet visitors, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries
Maintain office equipment and supply inventory
Process data entry and maintain records accurately
Assist with general office tasks such as printing, typing, and errands
Support HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, and training
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Required
2+ years of office or administrative experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & MacOS
Ability to type 45 WPM or more
Friendly, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
