We are currently seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) who speaks both English and Spanish to join our team. This position involves managing our front lobby, assisting candidates through the application process, and handling various administrative tasks, including paperwork processing.

The ideal candidate should:

Understand that our mission is to help individuals find meaningful employment.
Demonstrate solid job stability with a reliable work history.
Compensation:

Pay Rate: $15-$16 per hour
This is a temp-to-hire position.
After 90 days, we will evaluate performance, and if your performance meets expectations, you will be promoted to an entry-level recruiter role.
