Wood Personnel Services is looking to hire a Bilingual Office Assistant based out of the Lebanon, TN office. This position entails providing bilingual support in both a fast-paced office environment as well as at various client locations, playing an integral part in the recruiting and onboarding of new employees.

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Office Assistant role include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting orientations and managing onboarding activities of employees at client location
• Providing administrative and recruiting support to the staffing office including conducting interviews, orientations, phone screenings, and sourcing
• Assisting applicants with the application and onboarding process
• Incoming and outbound calls
• Greeting visitors in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner

Desired Skills and Experience for the Bilingual Office Assistant role include:

• Spanish / English bilingual required
• Past work experience in a customer service environment - office, recruiting, retail, restaurant, or service industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills along with great phone etiquette
• Ability to effectively multitask and thrive in a high-functioning office environment
• Possess a strong desire, and ability, to work with and serve people day-to-day
