Qualifications
Required
●
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
●
High school diploma or GED
●
Strong interpersonal skills—positive, respectful, and customer-focused
●
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook/One Drive
●
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
●
Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership capabilities
●
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
Preferred
●
Experience delivering training to individuals and groups, including senior management
●
Prior experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks and other warehouse equipment
●
Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance programs
●
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Work Environment
●
Travel: Approximately 5% between Savannah buildings
●
Work is performed in both office and warehouse settings
●
May require standing for extended periods during training sessions
