If you have a knack for 3D modeling, construction planning, and problem-solving, this job is for you. Our company is seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Specialist who will play a critical role in our construction projects. You will be responsible for creating and managing digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places. This position requires a high level of competence with Revit, Electrical, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities:
As a BIM/VDC Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and managing BIM protocols and templates.
2. Collaborating with project teams to strategize and implement BIM technology for complex construction projects.
3. Using Revit to create detailed 3D models for electrical layouts.
4. Ensuring the accuracy and quality of BIM data produced by the project team.
5. Training and supporting team members in the use of BIM technology and standards.
6. Coordinating and managing the project delivery process with the project team.
7. Conducting clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks.
8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest BIM and VDC technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you need to have the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM/VDC roles in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in Revit for Electrical layouts
4. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and techniques.
5. Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Proven ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
