The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage staff, and optimize blood product management. Responsibilities: Supervise daily blood bank operations. Ensure compliance with FDA, AABB, and state regulations. Train and mentor staff. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with donors and hospitals. Implement quality assurance measures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field. SBB ASCP certification required. Previous supervisory experience in a blood bank or similar setting. Strong leadership and communication skills.
