Bill Pearce Motors is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Professional to represent our iconic BMW / MINI and Volvo brands . What You’ll Do:Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect BMW-MINI or Volvo vehicle to fit their lifestyle.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and personalized service.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles, features, and technology.
Manage the full sales process — from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Stay up to date with manufacturer training and dealership standards.
Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required .
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-service oriented.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
