Brand Ambassador / Lead Generator – EcoWater Systems of Southern California

EcoWater Systems of Southern California is hiring Brand Ambassadors / Lead Generators throughout the San Diego area! If you have excellent communication skills, a highly motivated and team-oriented attitude, and the drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work inside Big Box Retail affiliate locations, engaging with customers and promoting our water filtration and purification solutions. As a Brand Ambassador, your primary role is to connect with customers, spark conversations, and schedule FREE in-home consultations—no sales, no high-pressure tactics!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner at a designated retail kiosk.

• Educate potential customers about EcoWater’s industry-leading water filtration and purification solutions.

• Set up and maintain a display table with banners (occasionally).

• Answer basic questions about different filtration and purification options.

• Gather customer information and schedule free in-home consultation appointments.

• Work independently and proactively to drive leads.

What This Job is NOT:

• Not a sales position

• Not a call center role

• Not a high-pressure closing environment

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience (1 year preferred)

• Lead generation or brand ambassador experience (preferred but not required)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Bilingual candidates are a plus

• Availability to work weekends is required

• Willingness to travel (up to 25% preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour PLUS commission & bonuses

• Bonus Opportunities & Uncapped Commission

Work Location:

• In-person at retail locations across San Diego
