A successful candidate will be highly motivated by individual performance and achievement by incorporating their in-depth business sales experience to exceed targets in this dynamic and untapped market. \n Duties and Responsibilities: \n \n Sales of High Speed Internet, Voice Services and Digital Video to small business accounts in assigned geographical area. \n Responsible for meeting and exceeding minimum monthly sales quota as determined by Area Sales Manager. \n Conveys order information politely and efficiently to support personnel and ensures all order information is entered accurately and within 48 hours. \n Completes all sales transactions, providing the customer with a scheduled installation, which has been stipulated by engineering and construction. \n Completes all order and activity documentation accurately and thoroughly through CRM. \n Maintains and demonstrates a current knowledge of Astound products, programming and promotional offers. \n Provides exceptional customer service at all times. \n Adheres to all company policies and procedures. \n Projects a professional business manner and operates with a high degree of integrity. \n Other duties as assigned \n Must possess valid driver's license and maintain clear driving record \n Hybrid work schedule \n \n Requirements/Qualifications: \n Education: \n \n High school diploma or equivalent required. \n College degree preferred. \n \n Experience :  \n \n ~1 – 2 years of practical, hands-on experience canvassing or cold-calling. \n ~2-4 years prior experience managing business accounts in either a sales or customer service environment preferred. \n \n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: \n \n Strong written and verbal communication skills required, as this position is responsible for ensuring potential customers understand the features and benefits of all Astound products and the pricing and promotional offers available. \n Ability to work within Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite applications, including Excel or equivalent. \n Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision. \n Excellent detail orientation and follow through skills. \n \n We're Proud to Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including: \n \n ~ Competitive compensation including base salary plus uncapped commissions plan (if applicable)\n ~ Paid Time Off/Vacation: 80 hours per year and increases based on tenure with the organization (**PTO/Vacation is specific to our West region and could vary within other geographical regions)\n ~ Paid Holidays: 7 days per year \n ~ Paid Sick Leave based on state and local ordinance \n ~ Insurance options including: medical, dental, vision, life and STD insurance \n ~401k with employer match and immediate vesting \n ~ Tuition reimbursement program \n ~ Employee discount program \n ~ Gas mileage reimbursement \n \n \n   \n The base salary range in Texas for this position is $43,200.00 - $48,000.00 annually, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Texas and may not be applicable to other locations. \n   \n \n \n Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions at full attainment are twenty-eight thousand dollars annually.
