Job Description: The Metrics & Maintenance Support role supports the Enterprise Network Services team by assisting with data analysis for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as aiding in the coordination of maintenance activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Metrics & Maintenance Lead to ensure data accuracy, perform data analysis, and coordinate changes efficiently. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis Responsibilities: * Assist in collecting and interpreting data for program metrics (SLAs) and KPIs. * Prepare and validate monthly SLA reporting data to check for discrepancies. * Ensure the integrity of SLA reports by performing data cleaning and validation tasks. * Support the Lead in presenting SLA findings and addressing customer concerns. * Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. * Assist in producing detailed reports on Network Operations Center (NOC) operations and telecommunications performance. Change Coordination Responsibilities: * Support the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities. * Maintain documentation related to change coordination and track changes. * Assist in managing change requests and ensuring all changes are communicated effectively to stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change coordination strategies. * Identify and address any issues or discrepancies related to changing activities.
