Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Assembler to join our shop team. This role involves assembling custom cabinetry, creating and assembling specialty parts, operating woodworking tools and machinery, reading shop drawings, and ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom cabinets and components according to shop drawings and specifications
• Operate woodworking tools: table saws, routers, sanders, pocket-hole machines, edge banders, etc.
• Inspect materials for accuracy, defects, and quality
• Work cohesively with the production team to meet deadlines
• Laminate / Veneer cabinet parts as needed
• Assemble specialty parts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and completed cabinetry
• Follow company standards for quality, craftsmanship, and safety

Qualifications

• Required: Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have some basic hand tools. (Drill, impact, measuring tape, square, etc.)
