Job Overview
We are seeking all levels of Cabinet Makers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, cabinetry, and related construction skills. This role involves crafting custom cabinets and furniture pieces with precision, ensuring high-quality standards. Candidates with experience in blueprint reading, fabrication, and various carpentry disciplines will thrive in this position. The Cabinet Maker will contribute to projects from initial design to final assembly, supporting our commitment to excellence in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and furniture components
• Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery as required
• Measure and mark materials precisely to ensure proper fit and finish
• Fabricate custom parts through woodworking techniques including sanding, finishing, and assembly
• Install cabinets on-site or in the manufacturing facility with attention to detail and safety standards
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely and efficiently
• Utilize construction estimating skills for project planning and material procurement when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency during production
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades such as drywall or electrical teams for seamless project execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction fields such as trim carpentry or framing
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and schematics reading
• Strong knowledge of blueprint interpretation and fabrication techniques
• Experience with construction estimating, remodeling, or restoration industry practices is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for materials and finished products
• Knowledge of installation processes including fixture installation, door hanging, or cabinet installation preferred
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and industry standards
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in various environmental conditions
