Candidates shall have a good overall knowledge of multiple trades and have a proven history in quality repairs, replacements, installations, and customer work. He/She must possess a strong will to be successful, follow company policies, procedures, practices, complete all tasks assigned in a timely and professional manner. A proven Craftsman/woman who takes pride in their work, and does the right thing even when no one is looking, and does what it takes. AHS seeks individuals who are independent thinkers and problem solvers with strong communication skills who enjoy a variety of work. Job Requirements
Experience Skilled Craftsman/woman with strong work ethics, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge and proven skills in carpentry, cabinets, interior trim, and custom woodwork.
Specific qualifications for the role include: - Minimum with proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Own your own standard set of tools to perform your skills
- Own your own truck or van that is always in presentable condition
- Current proof of a valid Florida Driver's License
- Current proof and maintaining active insurance on the vehicle that you use at work
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Strong people skills
- Documentation skills
- Ability and desire to consistently learn and improve
- Background check
- Have a smartphone
- ( Spanish is not required but is a plus )
