Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonus 55k to 75k

The Opportunity
As a leader in our organization, you will drive results through team leadership, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction . Whether overseeing the entire restaurant, managing daily operations, or leading the kitchen team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest service and high-quality food.
Oversee daily operations including staffing, training, inventory, and food safety compliance.
Manage labor, food cost, and other controllable expenses to meet financial goals.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
Recruit, train, and develop team members for growth opportunities within the company.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant management experience required (fast food, quick service, or casual dining).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and cost control practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.
