• Fabricate high-quality dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, veneers, and other corrective devices.
• Read and interpret dental impressions and models to determine the design of dental products to be constructed.
• Meticulously match the shade of dental appliances to natural teeth for aesthetically pleasing results.
• Accurately use manual dexterity and precision tools to shape dental materials to exacting requirements.
• Communicate effectively with dentists to discuss design plans and adjust work according to feedback.
• Conduct quality control checks on all dental devices produced to ensure functionality and appearance.
• Utilize advanced equipment and techniques such as CAD/CAM technology for the creation of dental prostheses.
• Maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency and reliability in the production of dental appliances.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
• Engage in continuous education and training sessions to stay updated with advancements in dental lab technology.

• Certification as a Dental Lab Technician from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as a Dental Technician, specifically in areas such as ceramics or orthodontics.
• Detailed understanding of dental lab materials and equipment, alongside their appropriate uses and maintenance.
• Ability in and commitment to maintaining precision and attention to detail in all dental production processes.
• Strong proficiency in using both traditional dental tools and advanced technology like CAD/CAM systems.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical dexterity and strong visual skills suitable for delicate and precise fabrication work.
• Capacity to adhere to tight schedules while maintaining high standards of production and quality.
• A strong foundation in dental anatomy, pathology, and medical ethics.
