Since opening in 2019 as a one-room operation, we’ve grown into two state-of-the-art facilities in Willow Springs and West Plains, Missouri. Our clinics feature advanced treatment pods, inclusive classroom spaces, and custom sensory gyms, setting a new standard for pediatric therapy in South Central Missouri.

With plans to expand our services to include Speech-Language Pathology and Physical Therapy in 2024, there’s never been a better time to join our innovative team. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

As a COTA at CBS, you’ll play a critical role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to children. You’ll work alongside our Occupational Therapists to empower kids to overcome challenges, achieve milestones, and thrive in their everyday lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct, one-on-one care through engaging therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Track and document patient progress, adjusting techniques to meet evolving needs.
• Teach patients and their families how to continue therapeutic exercises at home, fostering long-term success.
• Ensure therapy equipment is organized, clean, and accessible for optimal use.
• Contribute insights during team meetings to support patient care strategies.
• Stay current on industry best practices and maintain professional certification standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current or pending Missouri COTA license.
• A passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference in their lives.
