Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

As a COTA at CBS, you’ll play a critical role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to children. You’ll work alongside our Occupational Therapists to empower kids to overcome challenges, achieve milestones, and thrive in their everyday lives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct, one-on-one care through engaging therapeutic exercises and activities.
  • Track and document patient progress, adjusting techniques to meet evolving needs.
  • Teach patients and their families how to continue therapeutic exercises at home, fostering long-term success.
  • Ensure therapy equipment is organized, clean, and accessible for optimal use.
  • Contribute insights during team meetings to support patient care strategies.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and maintain professional certification standards.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
  • Current or pending Missouri COTA license.
