Since opening in 2019 as a one-room operation, we’ve grown into two state-of-the-art facilities in Willow Springs and West Plains, Missouri. Our clinics feature advanced treatment pods, inclusive classroom spaces, and custom sensory gyms, setting a new standard for pediatric therapy in South Central Missouri.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
As a COTA at CBS, you’ll play a critical role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to children. You’ll work alongside our Occupational Therapists to empower kids to overcome challenges, achieve milestones, and thrive in their everyday lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct, one-on-one care through engaging therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Track and document patient progress, adjusting techniques to meet evolving needs.
- Teach patients and their families how to continue therapeutic exercises at home, fostering long-term success.
- Ensure therapy equipment is organized, clean, and accessible for optimal use.
- Contribute insights during team meetings to support patient care strategies.
- Stay current on industry best practices and maintain professional certification standards.
What You’ll Bring:
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- Current or pending Missouri COTA license.
