Positions We’re looking for Part-Time Certified Appraisers with the potential of Full-Time work in the future who are ready to help change the game and be part of an amazing organization. Responsibilities Complete a variety of formal appraisals of land or real property for lending and non-lending purposes. Evaluate properties to establish current market values using the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Making on-site visits, inspecting and measuring properties, and interviewing clients. Stay informed of current regulations, standards, and best practices. Deliver high levels of customer service to clients, lenders, homeowners, or points of contact.
