Job Details
Position Overview: The CFO is responsible for financial oversight of the organization, strategic planning, and promotion of profitability.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Budget analysis and creation
Supervision of purchasing specialist
Oversight of AP/AR
Review daily finances, balance sheets, and financial data
General ledger maintenance and adjustments
Work closely with sales team to ensure undisrupted flow of business and revenue
Maintain budget across departments / divisions
Financial reports as needed
Work directly with CEO on financial health, risk mitigation, and growth opportunities
Other duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
8+ year accounting experience
4+ years financial leadership experience
Manufacturing / Industrial industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA
Past CFO experience
LLC experience
