Job Description

Our client is a UK based consulting firm seeking a strong change management consultant to support a critical client engagement. Their end client is a global enterprise in the FMCG/Drinks sector. The organisation is seeking to drive data literacy across the business and create a culture of data driven decision making.

This is an initial 12-week contract based in Miami, with the potential to extend for a further 6-12 months.

Requeriments:

• Experience working in FMCG / F&B a bonus
• Experience implementing change within large global / multi-national organisations a must have
• Proven experience and expertise in driving culture change

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the designing, building, and implementation of a global data literacy education programme to drive data literacy and build a culture of data-driven decision-making
• Supporting a programme of work, completing the change management for each product being released and building a playbook for product owners to use to support change management
• Building change capability through support and by driving ownership of adoption.
