About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead its Technology Solutions team. The CIO will be responsible for driving the company's digital transformation, leading AI innovation, and ensuring that technology infrastructure and operations are optimized for scalability and efficiency. This executive role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in global technology leadership, particularly within the insurance or financial services sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with fostering a customer-centric technology strategy, leading a global technology team, and ensuring that all technology initiatives align with the company's business goals and regulatory standards. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have at least 15 years of global technology leadership experience, with a strong background in M&A technology leadership and a deep understanding of emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, and cloud computing in an insurance context. The role requires a leader with a robust understanding of network security, data protection, and a strong knowledge of the financial services/insurance business and its regulatory frameworks. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree. The ideal candidate will be an innovative business partner, with exceptional people-leadership and collaboration skills, and a results-driven mindset. They should also be adept at risk management, and cybersecurity, and have a proven ability to lead a diverse team in a global, fast-paced environment.
