The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead JUXTA Creative’s marketing strategy, driving
growth and innovation while positioning the agency as a market leader. This senior role will
oversee all aspects of marketing, from brand management to revenue growth strategies,
and lead a dynamic team of creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a strategic marketing plan that supports JUXTA’s business goals.
- Elevate JUXTA’s brand and voice in the marketplace, leveraging our unique approach to
creativity and storytelling.
- Manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and
accountability.
- Partner with sales to align marketing efforts with client acquisition and retention
strategies.
- Use data to measure campaign success, guide decision-making, and enhance marketing
initiatives.
- Identify emerging trends and integrate them into JUXTA’s service offerings to stay ahead of
the competition.

Qualifications
- 8-10 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably within a creative or agency
setting.
- Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through innovative marketing
strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree
preferred
