About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their team. The CMO will be responsible for optimizing the marketing performance of the assigned portfolio firms, with a focus on digital strategies and the overall efficacy and efficiency of marketing programs. This role is pivotal in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of the company's corporate strategy, particularly in supporting the growth strategy established by the investment and management teams. The successful candidate will design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across various channels, as well as develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives. Additionally, the CMO will be involved in evaluating vendors, supporting the onboarding of new platforms, and add-on acquisitions. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for fields such as marketing, finance, business, or related areas. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is considered a strong advantage. A minimum of 15 years of management experience in finance, marketing, or a related field is required, along with significant experience in hiring and talent evaluation for marketing roles. The ideal candidate will also have a background in coaching and teaching to enhance the marketing skills across all levels of the organization. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing and a keen eye for ROI and vendor management.
