The role requires expertise in project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR, including experience with confidential grievances, and a familiarity with the financial and compliance systems necessary for running 501c3, 501c4, and PAC organizations. While not mandatory, experience with union contracts, labor-management relations, and a background in the youth climate movement are considered advantageous. The company is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
