About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Chief of Staff to support the Head of the Banking & Capital Markets business unit. This high-impact role is designed to amplify leadership effectiveness, drive strategic initiatives, and accelerate business growth across key financial services clients.
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, ensuring seamless coordination across Sales, Digital, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, and Corporate Functions. You'll play a pivotal role in business governance, sales enablement, and executive communications.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Management & Growth Enablement - Partner with business unit leadership to execute and track strategic growth priorities.
- Coordinate monthly business reviews, quarterly strategy sessions, and annual planning.
- Analyze performance metrics and pipeline trends to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Support deal reviews, solution prioritization, and client profitability discussions.
- Drive accountability across sales and delivery teams for strategic execution.
Executive Communication & Corporate Liaison - Serve as the primary liaison between the business unit and executive leadership.
- Manage internal and external communications aligned with strategic goals.
- Represent leadership in forums and strategic offsites, ensuring follow-through on decisions.
Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in management consulting, strategy, or business operations-ideally in banking, capital markets, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, deal governance, and business analytics.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: - Experience in go-to-market strategy, solution enablement, or revenue management.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives or working in Chief of Staff roles.
