This role demands a leader with proven hyper-growth experience, global workforce expertise, and a comprehensive mastery of HR disciplines. The Chief People Officer will also be a key partner to the executive team, championing a global, remote-first culture, and driving organizational effectiveness through the implementation of modern people processes and systems. Applicants for the Chief People Officer role at the company should have a strong background in building and managing a globally distributed workforce, as well as experience in strategic M&A. The ideal candidate will have a builder's mentality, be data-driven, and possess a commercial mindset, with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
