What is allUP? NoScrubs has partnered with allUP to help streamline their hiring process. allUP is a new professional network and recruiting firm built around casual videos that will make it easier for NoScrubs to get to know you beyond just a resume.
The Role: This is a rare startup ops role where youll be running a full market like its your own business: hiring, building, growing, fixing. As the City Manager, youll report directly to the CEO and shape how we expand nationally. Youll have full ownership of San Francisco, from launching new locations to building local partnerships and ensuring customers fall in love with the NoScrubs experience. Youll thrive if youre energized by ambiguity, can quickly prioritize, move fast, and are obsessed with making things work better every day. Well be expecting major hustle, hard work, creativity to improve our operations and customer service in San Francisco in preparation for expanding nationally.
