As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalized care to clients seeking immediate mental health support. Working in collaboration with our psychiatrists, therapists, and healthcare professionals, you'll help ensure coordinated, empathetic care through virtual or in-person settings. Key Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate and personalized nursing care to clients in alignment with best practices; Accurately execute physician’s orders and coordinate healthcare services; Perform essential nursing duties including temperature and blood pressure readings; Conduct detailed medical and medication history interviews with clients and families; Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation; Monitor and manage Medical Administration Records (MARs) and Prior Authorizations (PAs); Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and medical-related inquiries. Education and/or Experience Qualifications: Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of Missouri. Additional Qualifications: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced virtual clinic setting; Passion for supporting mental and behavioral health clients with empathy and professionalism.
