Apple seeks a versatile and diligent engineering manager to bring their software engineering and leadership expertise to the Apple Cloud team within Apple Services Engineering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Apple—from client and server to security and privacy—and internal adopters of CloudKit. **Description** We are the Apple Cloud Services organization, building APIs and SDKs for Apple's cloud to enable seamless and private synchronization of petabytes of data across all Apple devices. As we expand our teams, we are looking for an engineering manager to lead the Cloud Assets and Cloud Telemetry features within CloudKit. Our focus is on user data privacy and security while creating simple yet powerful developer experiences. You will lead a strong team of engineers, helping to architect, design, and implement core components of CloudKit, including public APIs, internal frameworks, and daemons. A strong understanding of API design, security, and privacy is essential. You will collaborate extensively with teams throughout Apple. **Minimum Qualifications** 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams Strong software engineering background, specifically on Apple platforms Deep knowledge of unit testing and end-to-end systems Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail Ability to work with incomplete requirements and manage multiple priorities Self-motivated learner of new technologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's or advanced degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** Experience building system-level frameworks and APIs Understanding of cloud storage solutions similar to iCloud Effective project management skills applicable to engineering leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Apple
