Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) and NAs (Nursing Assistants) to join our team. As a CNA/NA at Always Best Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of senior citizens in the community. Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to senior clients in their homes or assisted living facilities, following the care plan developed by our Registered Nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Accompany and assist clients with appointments and errands
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition to the Registered Nurse
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, following infection control procedures
- Comply with all state and federal regulations, as well as Always Best Care policies and procedures
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families
