General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of coffee shop operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
• Train, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Manage staff scheduling and interdepartmental communication.

General Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a quick-service restaurant or coffee shop.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and customer service.
• High-energy personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
