I’m working with a respected Houston firm with more than 100 years of history serving business clients across Texas. They're currently looking to add a Commercial Litigation Attorney to their downtown Houston office.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation cases from discovery through trial in banking, securities, fraud, and bankruptcy contexts
• Lead case strategy, drafting, motion practice, depositions, hearings
• Mentor and supervise junior associate work
• Collaborate closely with senior attorney on case planning and execution
• Maintain high standards of work product and legal analysis under tight deadlines
