We are seeking a Commercial Loan Closer to join a growing team.
This role will require someone who has a passion for precision and compliance who can ensure the seamless closing of complex commercial loans.
Your role:
- Review commercial credit files and legal documentation to ensure compliance with approved credit terms
- Coordinate daily with commercial lenders, attorneys, insurance agents, and customers to meet closing requirements
- Prepare and finalize loan documentation, modifications, and extensions using LaserPro
- Manage the creation and completion of loan closing files
- Schedule commercial loan closings and facilitate funding, including wire transfer instructions
- Provide expert support to both customers and internal teams regarding commercial loan operations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in banking, with a focus on commercial loan closings
- Strong proficiency in NCINO, Jack Henry, LaserPro, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal, written, and reading comprehension)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and financial statements
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to regulatory compliance and operational accuracy
- Associate degree in Business Administration preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
