Job Description

Overview Opteon is seeking talented Commercial Appraisers to deliver top-quality valuation assignments that meet professional appraisal standards and exceed client expectations. We are hiring both full-time and part-time appraisers. What You’ll Do Complete commercial valuation, alternative products and consulting assignments with precision and professionalism. Utilize advanced commercial report-writing platforms and comprehensive databases in a technology-driven environment. Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills in all aspects of the role. Conduct third-party appraisal reviews to ensure compliance with USPAP and FIRREA standards, as well as validate value conclusions. Manage multiple assignments efficiently while adhering to deadlines. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in commercial appraising, with expertise across multiple property types and complex assignments. MAI designation (preferred but not required).
